Background and Discussion:
This transmittal provides updates from the Flood Control District on the status of projects in the CDBG-DR and CDBG-MIT programs. As staff implements the recent Commissioners Court approved CDBG plan, project status updates provided to court will reflect any relevant program and/or project changes.

Updates related to this transmittal:
As of this transmittal, 16 CDBG projects are under construction.
This transmittal also includes status updates for the seven subdivision drainage projects being managed by HCD that will be amended into the Flood Control District’s CDBG-DR program, as approved by Commissioners Court on 6/11/2026. Future transmittals will not include these projects.

Expected Impact:
Receipt of this item will allow the opportunity to regularly update commissioners on the project status within their precincts and allow for the opportunity to discuss any concerns and answer questions.
