Background and Discussion:

STOA International Architects was approved as the prime consultant to begin negotiations for the design and construction of a 2,600 SF enclosed storage shed and an 8,160 SF pre-engineered metal building open canopy as well as a comprehensive site assessment to determine the most functional and strategic location for these new structures. The evaluations include a Topographical survey and a subsurface engineering utility survey, review of an existing geotechnical report, producing as-built drawings reflecting existing site conditions, cost estimates for recommended design and construction approach and emphasizing architectural design elements that support an efficient and cohesive operational environment for the end users.
