Background and Discussion:
HCHCD and the United Way will provide personalized case management and early crisis intervention and diversion assistance to residents that are facing homelessness or a potential housing crisis, residents living in unstable conditions, and those requiring intensive intervention and navigation to basic needs programs. HCHCD is leveraging existing CDBG, ESG, and ARPA Flex funds for this project.

Expected Impact:
There is no financial impact associated with the MOU. The project is expected to benefit at least 450 households facing homelessness or a potential housing crisis.
