Background and Discussion:
The County advertised Homestead Detention Basin Trail and Amenities project for bid. The low bidder has withdrawn their bid. Due to identified quantity bust the remaining bids will be rejected and the project will be re-bid. The goal of constructing the subject project is to construct approximately 6,900 linear feet of 10' wide concrete trail along the top of bank of Homestead Detention Pond. The project also includes the construction of concrete driveway, 12-space parking lot, and park site amenities.
