Background and Discussion:
The Leon Z. Grayson/Baldree Community Center Renovation are both existing facilities and located at 13828 Corpus Christi St., Houston, TX 77015 on a 63,000 square foot tract of land owned by the County of Harris. Grayson is a 5,880 square foot metal building, and Baldree is a 10,507 square foot metal building. The community center was constructed in the 1980s and is open to the public daily providing a variety of recreational classes including performing arts, dancing, and fine arts. The community center provides safe, healthy, and fun experiences for residents of all ages in the North Channel area.
