Background and Discussion:
Harris County Water Control and Improvement District No. 159 (HCWCID No. 159) previously maintained HCFCD Unit U100-00-00 within the Addicks Reservoir Watershed under Mowing Reimbursement Agreement No. 1433, which has now completed its full term. The proposed renewal will allow HCWCID No. 159 to resume maintenance activities and mow the unit more frequently than the Flood Control District’s standard schedule of three mowing cycles per year.
