Background and Discussion:
Project includes the demolition and replacement of the existing pedestrian bridge with a 107' prefabricated bridge and 295 LF of asphalt trail extensions to Spanish Oak.

(PCO-1) Item #18 - Furnish and Install Hydro Mulch - Adding hydro mulch to bid items to meet HCFCD standards for turf establishment. ($2,530.00).
