Background and Discussion:
Both parties own property near and around the Dr. Richard A. Tapia Bridge and desire to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish the responsibilities of the Parties regarding the survey for the easements that may potentially be exchanged between the Parties.

Expected Impact:
Approval of this MOU will allow HCTRA and the Port of Houston to proceed with exchanging road easements to continue the construction of the Dr. Richard A. Tapia Bridge.
