Background and Discussion:
Precinct4Forward is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing opportunity and justice for the 1.2 million residents of Harris County Precinct 4. The Emerging Leaders Launch students participate in job shadowing and internships and receive a stipend for their seven-week placement during the summer of 2026. The student interns would contribute to the work of Harris County Precinct 4.
