Background and Discussion:
The June 12, 2025 Commissioners Court approved the execution of an agreement for general engineering services related to the Hardy Downtown Connector project. This current action is a name correction only. The previous action and agreement identified the firm as AIG Technical Services, Inc and AIG Engineering Services, Inc instead of the correct name AIG Technical Services, LLC.

Expected Impact:
Funding for this request will come from the Toll Road Authority.
