Updating the ILA to add the additional black powder coated strain poles, mast arms, pedestal poles, and luminaire arms at the intersection of Elyson Boulevard and Katy Hockley Cut Off Rd and Longenbaugh Rd and Katy Hockley Cut off Rd, and 8ft sidewalk and ramps at Porter Road and Elyson Boulevard.
