Background and Discussion:
Harris County Reinvestment Zone Number One (Zone One) was created by Commissioners Court on December 13, 2022. It is entirely within the borders of the East Aldine Management District (EAMD) and entirely within the borders of Precinct 2. The requested appointees are board members of the East Aldine Management District. The appointment of EAMD board members to Zone One will facilitate cooperation between projects of the Management District and future projects of Zone One.
