Background and Discussion:
Harris County Universal Services Public Safety Radio team is in need of an update to its existing radio asset management tool that manages a range of radio assets, preventative maintenance, work orders and billing. On January 23, 2025 Commissioners Court approved the advertisement of a solicitation for a Radio Asset Management and Work Order System. HCUS is now requesting approval of an award to MCM Technologies LLC on the basis of best proposal meeting requirements.

Expected Impact:
Implementing the radio asset management tool will allow Radio Services to better manage and maintain all radio subscriber and infrastructure assets for Harris County and the additional 34 counties on the TXWARN Radio System.
