Background and Discussion:
This project includes the construction of four 11-foot-wide concrete pavement with a 24-foot median, and 8-foot-wide sidewalk along both sides West Gulf Bank Road from Interstate 45 Freeway to Airline Drive. It also includes the drainage improvements.

The change order includes the following:
- Due to a work conflict, the bus pad at the northeast corner of the Airline intersection had to be removed and reinstalled. Precinct 2 directed Harris County to proceed with full removal and replacement. The Engineer of Record provided recommendations to minimize the impact on the newly constructed bus pad while ensuring proper gutter line construction. This change order will add 2 days and additional cost of $8,031.19 to the contract.
