Background and Discussion:
Commissioner Precinct One is responsible for ensuring the efficient, effective, and equitable management of the soccer facilities at El Franco Lee Park, so that they are of maximum benefit to the community. To meet that responsibility for 2025, Precinct One would like to renew their agreement with Southbelt Youth Soccer Club, a nonprofit Texas corporation.
