Background and Discussion:
This change order adds 16 calendar days to the contract due to inclement weather experienced from February through June 2026. The contract includes 17 days to accommodate inclement weather. During the period from February 2026 through June 2026, a total of 33 qualifying inclement weather days were recorded: February (3), March (3), April (10), May (10), and June (7).
