Background and Discussion:
This change order adds 16 calendar days to the contract due to inclement weather experienced from February through June 2026. The contract includes 17 days to accommodate inclement weather. During the period from February 2026 through June 2026, a total of 33 qualifying inclement weather days were recorded: February (3), March (3), April (10), May (10), and June (7). The 33 inclement weather days exceed 110% of the 17 contract allowable days, entitling the Contractor to a time extension per the General Conditions. Per the contract, the extension is calculated as the number of inclement weather days exceeding 100% of the allowable days: 33-17 = 16 additional calendar days.

Expected Impact:
