Background and Discussion:
The Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD) entered into a contract with Gateway Foundation – Texas for residential treatment services utilized by CSCD’s Harris County Residential Treatment Center (“HCRTC”) clients. Gateway Foundation – Texas has changed its name to Alpharus Health Texas, and it has confirmed for CSCD that Alpharus Health Texas is the same entity, with the same Federal Employer Identification Number, organizational structure, leadership, and board of directors, as Gateway Foundation - Texas.
