Background and Discussion:
It is recommended that the Escrow Agreement be approved to allow the Flood Control District to accept funds from House Bill 1 to the Flood Control District to provide funding for construction of the Poor Farm Ditch Conveyance Improvements (D111-00-00-C002).
Expected Impact:
Establishing this escrow account will allow the Flood Control District access to TWDB awarded grant funds.
