Background and Discussion:
The Harris County Housing Authority had partnered with Rubicund LLC, Anchoring Hopes Wellness Recovery Institute dba Anchoring Hopes, and Rids Brothers Company INC, have been providing Supplemental Non- Metered Transportation for Harris County RIDES and Non-Emergency Medical Programs for the Harris County Housing and Community Development Department. These Services help assist the citizens while working with the Housing and Community Development Department and better serve the community as a whole.
