Background and Discussion:
Harris County entered into Agreements with Traffic Engineers, Inc. d/b/a TEI Planning + Design (TEI) to perform various engineering services. TEI has now been acquired by Alta Planning + Design, Inc. and would like to assume the rights and obligations of the countywide agreements of TEI.
Should Commissioners Court approve this assignment, HCTRA Executive Director will provide acknowledgement to the vendor.
Expected Impact:
Approval would enable continuation of services provided under the existing agreement.
