Service and Support for the NICE Inform Telephone System and the Department's Radio Recording Systems for the Emergency Dispatch Center in partnership with Greater Harris County (GHC).
This agreement establishes the total cost of $1,779,181.61 for five years of service for both software components, HCSO Radio and GHC 911 Telephony. This amount includes the Year 1 service costs as well as all annual renewal amounts through Year 5, as reflected in the Fiscal and Personnel Summary. In addition to the full agreement amount, this item includes a request for $334,710 to process a one-time settlement invoice related to this service.
