Background and Discussion:
This project consists of upgrading Will Clayton Parkway Segment 1 – from 2,700-ft West of South Houston Avenue to 1,370-ft East of Wilson Road existing 5-lane asphalt roadway to a 4-lane asphalt boulevard with raised medians. This project lies entirely within Greens Bayou Watershed.
