Background and Discussion:
The Pine Trails Subdivision Drainage Improvements project is located in Northeast of Harris County in Precinct 2. The scope of work for this utility agreement includes Harris County installing 36" RCP storm sewer crossing using a full-length hand tunnel under the pipelines owned by ONEOK NGL Distribution System, L.L.C. in order to facilitate ditch restoration.
This agreement will permit Harris County to enter the easement and perform the work required to complete the planned drainage improvements.
Expected Impact:
This project seeks to reduce flooding and strengthen resiliency in Harris County by assisting in the alleviation of structural flood damage to homes in the Pine Trails community. No impact on project schedule or cost anticipated.
