Background and Discussion:
On April 29, 2016, Harris County entered into the Oracle Master Agreement (US-GMA-652214) with Oracle America, Inc. to provide Oracle software, licensing, and related technology services for County operations. Since execution of the Master Agreement, the Parties have approved multiple amendments to address the County's evolving technology needs.
The Thirty-Eight Amendment authorizes the purchase of Oracle Cloud Services Primavera License renewals for the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) and Commissioners Precinct 4.
Expected Impact:
Approval of the Thirty-Eighth Amendment to the Oracle Master Agreement will ensure continuity of service and allow departments to maintain the cloud-based technology resources necessary to support its operational requirements without interruption.
