Background and Discussion:
Contract renewal for year 2 (renewal 1) of the Drainage Sediment Removal & Disposal - South contract. These services will provide support for infrastructure maintenance work that will be executed as a result of the passage of the "Maintenance Matters" Proposition in November 2024.

Expected Impact:
HCFCD will use this Term Contact to minimize response times for work order repair projects in south Harris County (Precincts 1, 2, 3, & 4).
