Background and Discussion:
This agreement will provide temporary right-of-entry to the Flood Control District for construction of a stormwater detention basin along Jackson Bayou as part of the Flood Control District's CDBG-DR program. This project reduces flood risk in the Jackson Bayou watershed and does not adversely impact downstream water surface elevations, adjacent properties outside of the proposed project limits, or receiving drainage infrastructure. This project occurs in the 2nd quartile under the 2022 Prioritization Framework approved by Commissioners Court.

Expected Impact:
This agreement will provide temporary right-of-entry using property owned by the San Jacinto River Authority (SJRA) to the Flood Control District for construction of a stormwater detention basin.
