Background and Discussion:
This Memorandum of Understanding with the National Partnership for New Americans (NPNA) shall disburse to Harris County a one-time additional amount totaling $55,562.50 to further support the activities outlined in the existing MOU. The project period for this award is September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027.
 
The NPNA is a national multiethnic, multiracial partnership network of 70 of the country’s leading immigrant and refugee rights organizations across 4o states who together advocate for policies and programs to successfully integrate New Americans.
