Background and Discussion:
Harris County Public Health (HCPH) is seeking to establish a partnership with HOPE Clinic to expand access to health services through the co-location of services at HCPH’s Annex 38 facility.
The proposed agreement will allow HOPE Clinic to operate from designated clinical space within the facility while leveraging existing shared clinical and support areas. The initial arrangement is intended to serve as a pilot to evaluate service utilization, operational needs, and opportunities for future expansion.
Under the proposed agreement, HOPE Clinic will initially utilize two dedicated exam rooms, totaling approximately 257 square feet, with access to shared areas necessary to support clinical operations, including laboratory space, restrooms, clinical storage, staff breakroom, and conference room space.
