Background and Discussion:
On November 12, 2024, Harris County Commissioners Court approved two Master Agreements between
Harris County and:
* Bread of Life, Inc. for Bread of Life (BOL) Academy for the provision of food distribution to eligible low- to moderate-income households using $500,000 in ARPA SLFRF; and
* Magnificat Houses, Inc. for Guest Advancement Center for the provision of housing stabilization services to eligible homeless persons using $116,250 in General FLEX funds.
