Background and Discussion:
Preparation for Adult Living (PAL) provides services to youth transitioning out of the foster care system. Current and former foster youth enrolled in Preparation for Adult Living (PAL) services through the HAY Center will receive intensive case management that will aid in their transition to adulthood. Case management services include assistance with housing, employment, education, mentorship, transportation, and other basic needs. PAL 206 is dedicated to Transition and Financial Support Services, formerly Case Management and Aftercare Services.
