Background and Discussion:
The construction of the sidewalk will improve pedestrian safety in the area. This project consists of design and construction of 5' sidewalks within Cy-Champ PUD. The County will design and construct the sidewalk. The PUD will fund their portion of the sidewalk.

Expected Impact:
This project will improve pedestrian safety in the area and close gaps between existing sidewalks.

Alternative Options:
The alternative is not to construct the sidewalk, and the pedestrian accessibility will remain unchanged.
