Background and Discussion:
In accordance with the Commissioner Precinct 4 policies, it is requested that Commissioners’ Court approve the continued use by Commissioner Precinct 4 of 14 designated parking spaces located in the 1019 Congress Plaza Parking Garage. Department staff routinely utilize the parking facility to conduct County business and attend meetings downtown.

Expected Impact:
$4,600.00 from existing Harris County Commissioner Precinct 4 General Funds budget. Precinct 4 staff will have a readily available parking space in the downtown/administrative building area.
