Background and Discussion:
With the continued implementation of the Flood Control District’s 2018 Bond and an increase in Prop A Maintenance Construction, the Construction Division’s workload is expected to triple requiring increased reliance on staff augmentation agreements to supply necessary construction project managers and inspectors to support current Flood Control District staff. This agreement will provide on-call construction staff augmentation services in support of the Flood Control District’s Construction Program.

Expected Impact:
This agreement will enable construction division to staff and provide construction oversight to an increased number of projects. The Contract is needed in order to support the planned workload of projects to be bid over the next several years.
