Background and Discussion:
The project is in Harris County, Precinct 3 in City of Houston. The scope of work consists of but not limited to the rehabilitation for Asphalt roadways - Approximately 7.54 miles of roads as follows: Wood Edge Drive and Jones Road.
The Changes in contract include:
* Adding new line item of 8-inch Cement Stabilized Sand (CSS) in the amount of 2,500 SY and additional days of 17 calendar days to improve and stabilize subgrade failures at various locations throughout the project limits, in accordance with the Engineer's recommendations.
Expected Impact:
