Background and Discussion:
The Isom Stormwater Detention Basin project consists of construction of a regional dry-bottom stormwater detention basin that combines and expands existing Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD) and Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) detention facilities (SWDB Units P518-11-00 and P518-07-00) within existing HCFCD and TxDOT rights-of-way.
