Background and Discussion:
The traffic signals at Woodforest Boulevard at Barbara Mae Boulevard and Woodforest Boulevard at Dell Dale are existing signals that are being rebuilt. The request for acquisition of the tracts would allow the contractor to conduct the necessary construction elements onto the existing properties that are outside of the County's Right-of-Way.
