Background and Discussion:
This awareness recognition is part of an annual global initiative designed to empower individuals and organizations to protect their data and stay safe online. Harris County Universal Services is proud to once again lead this important cybersecurity awareness initiative.
This year, Harris County Universal Services is calling on all employees to become Digital Detectives and sharpen our investigative skills and uncover cyber threats before they cause harm.
With these threats continuing to grow in scale and complexity, this campaign is an opportunity to strengthen the everyday habits that help protect our information, our systems and Harris County from evolving cyber threats. Strong cybersecurity begins with simple, everyday practices.
