Several commercial-grade barbecue grills, fire pits, and related amenities in Precinct One parks are worn out,
damaged, or unsafe due to age and heavy use. Recent inspections confirmed that these items have reached
the end of their service life and require replacement to maintain safe and functional park facilities.
