Background and Discussion:

This renewal facilitates the vendor’s continuing monitoring of Section 3 and Davis-Bacon & Related Acts (DBRA) labor compliance for multi-family affordable housing projects and single-family new construction projects and works closely with the Department of Economic Equity and Opportunity.

Expected Impact:

Approval of this extension will allow services to continue to be provided for Disaster Recovery programs
