Background and Discussion:
The available parking is limited in the Downtown Courthouse Complex and not having approval to provide these eleven parking spaces will continue to increase the difficulty in finding secured parking for full-time personnel. Harris County District Clerk's Office is not requesting additional funding at this time. The eight (8) unreserved parking spaces are $70.00/each at 1019 Congress Street, Houston, TX 77002 Parking Garage. The estimated cost is $560.00 monthly and $6,720.00 annually.
