Background and Discussion:
The Juvenile Probation Department has developed an incentive program for youth that rewards achievement when the youth display positive outcomes by meeting their individual programming goals. The incentives earned are based on certain criteria that guide the youth and sets them up for success. This request is sponsored by Houston Texans player Xavier Hutchinson, representing the Community Huddle Ticketing Program.
