Background and Discussion:
Project includes thermoplastic striping and reflectorized markers at various locations throughout Precinct 3. The change in contract is to include reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction with the estimated quantities included for bidding purposes. The new bid item is only to establish the unit price and there is no change to the contract amount. The terms of services in connection with the purchase order is being closed at the request of the Precinct.

Change includes:
PCO-13; Removal of RR Crossing paid by the unit, (EA) each, - $200 EA

Expected Impact:
Change allows Contractor to get compensated for the actual work completed on the project.
