Background and Discussion:

At present, HCHA is utilizing an IT managed service provider for IT support and services. They reached out to HCUS as a third party to help conduct an IT assessment of their current information technology infrastructure, network system, servers, and workstations. There is an estimated level of effort of work required of HCUS staff to complete the IT assessment and work with HCHA. A statement of work has been drafted outlining the agreement and expected deliverables with an option for HCHA to request HCUS to support HCUS with building a scope of services for an RFP for Information Technology Support and Services after the completion of the IT Assessment.

An ILA has been drafted and approved by the County Attorney on behalf of Harris County, which HCHA has agreed.
