Background and Discussion:
Based on the bid results, the recommendation of OCE and the design consultant, Entech Civil Engineers, Inc., it is recommended that the lowest responsive bidder, Brice Highway be awarded the construction contract to perform the work for Reconstruction of North Eldridge Parkway from Spring Cypress Road to Gregson Road (2015) for Harris County Precinct 3.
