The request will allow Harris County to initiate a feasibility study with Concept Engineers, Inc. to provide professional engineering services for feasibility for the development of a shared use path for the Cullen Park Path, providing safe connection options for pedestrians and cyclists between Greenhouse Road and Barker Cypress Road, spanning roughly 1.4 miles.

Expected Impact:
This project will assess the feasibility of a Hike and Bike Path along the project limits, connecting to existing sidewalks to enhance mobility for non-motorized users and pedestrians to improve safe, efficient connectivity in addition to providing additional recreational opportunities for the surrounding communities.
