Background and Discussion:
The Houmont Park Subdivision Drainage Improvements - HCFCD Unit No. P110-04-00 & P110-00-00 project site consists of subdivision drainage and roadway improvements located between C E King Parkway and Van Hut Lane. The project includes roadside ditch improvements along Unison Rd and Ticonderoga Rd and channel improvements on P110-04-00 and P110-00-00. Two detention basins will be excavated to mitigate for the conveyance improvements for this project.
