Background and Discussion:
This amendment will provide final design services for a No-Rise Analysis based on FEMA effective models, as-built (post-construction) survey, encroachment exhibits, combined bidding for this project and the attached U501-06-00-E002 stormwater detention basin, and additional geotechnical investigations for the existing aerial waterline to be relocated under the channel for South Mayde Creek Channel Conveyance Improvements. This project includes channel conveyance improvements along Lower South Mayde Creek (U101-00-00) from Greenhouse Road to Fry Road. Final design was funded by the 2018 Bond Program and approved by Commissioner’s Court on June 4, 2024.
