Background and Discussion:
On November 15, 2022, the County entered into an agreement with Netsync Network Solutions for the provision, including but not limited to all qualified personnel, supervision, labor, services, materials, equipment, facilities, travel, overhead, and incidentals required to furnish and deliver the necessary network security hardware and software. The County anticipates that partial funding will consist of federal grant funding. Approval is now being requested for the fourth renewal of this contract.
