Background and Discussion:
Project includes general civil construction services for variety of locations throughout Precinct 3. The terms of services in connection with the purchase order are being closed at the request of the Precinct, and in accordance with the recommendation of Harris County Office of the County Engineer. The change will allow the unused funds to be returned to the Precinct.
PCO # 69 - Additional Days (62 days) - Contractor needed additional days from pending work of timber post which were installed by Precinct 3 for the dumpster. The concrete ramp was completed after Precinct 3 installed timber post. Precinct 3 project manager requested an additional scope of work that included a concrete foundation for chain link fence gate and re-grading behind building.
