Background and Discussion:
The design and construction of this segment by the developer is a cost-effective way to complete a missing segment of roadway, which will provide a continuous connection between two major thoroughfares. Funding this section during the development of an adjacent subdivision, the County benefits residents by providing a cost-effective project that will be delivered faster than a traditional design-bid-build project.

Expected Impact:
Rocchi Road between Telge Rd and Grant Rd will be complete and allow for more efficient travel for residents.
